Aviation Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. gin
  • 1/2 oz. maraschino liqueur  clear
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz. creme de violet
  • ice to shake
  • maraschino cherry to garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the gin, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice and creme de violet in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for a couple of minutes, strain into martini glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry or lemon peel.
