Slowly melt the white chocolate chips either in the microwave or in a double boiler. Lay out pretzels, two at a time, in pairs on waxed or parchment paper. Have them about 1/4" apart. Take the melted white chocolate and using a tiny spoon make your egg white. Let cool a minute or so and top with yellow M&M (logo down). Set cookie sheets aside to cool. When cool, put in airtight container until ready to serve. Enjoy!
