Pepperoni Stuffed Black Olives

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cans jumbo pitted black olives
  • 1-8 oz. cream cheese softened cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Put the softened cream cheese in mixing bowl. Add the lemon pepper and garlic powder and beat with mixer until smooth and creamy. Put the mixture into a cake decorating bag fitted with a large star tip. A a piece of pepperoni and roll it up, slightly flaring it at the end and insert into the black olive. Pipe some of the cream cheese mixture into the end of the pepperoni.  I do not try to fill the olive with cream cheese. I just fill the pepperoni. Line these up on a tray and they are ready to serve.
