Bacon Wrapped Sweet Potatoes


  • 2 or more sweet potatoes
  • fresh sage leaves optional
  • bacon room temperature
  • maple syrup optional


  1. Wash and dry the sweet potatoes. Cut into thick slices then into 3/4" sticks. Lay a sage leaf on top of each sweet potato stick towards the end. Wrap 1/2-1 piece of bacon around each stick depending on how big the potato stick is.
  2. Bake in 375° oven for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is nicely browned.
  3. Put on platter and serve with a small dish of pure maple syrup for dipping.
