Quiche Crust:


  • 1 c. + 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg beaten


  1. Add the flour and salt to your mixing bowl. (I use my Kitchen Aid mixer). Work in the butter and remaining ingredients.  Chill for a few hours. Press the dough into quiche pan.
