Tzatziki Sauce


  • 2 c. plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 c. diced cucumber seeds removed
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • zest of one lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh dill or 1-2 tsp. dried dill
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic and dill. Stir until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until serving time.
