Take the rinsed and dried strawberries and using a small paring knife make a cut almost to the stem and then make another cut across that cut so you will be able to spread this open with your fingers. Put the peanut butter into a pastry bag and pipe in as much peanut butter as it takes to fill the inside without it squishing out the sides. After all the berries have been filled you are ready for dipping in the chocolate. Melt the chocolate in small microwavable bowl until smooth. Cool slightly. Dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate almost to the top. Set on waxed paper and pop in the refrigerator for a few minutes to set up.
