Cream the butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Add the oil, egg and vanilla; beat until creamy. Mix together the flour, salt, cream of tartar and baking soda. Add this to the creamed mixture. Add in the Rice Krispies, coconut, quick oats and pecans. Drop by small teaspoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet. (I use silpats). Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes watching closely. Remove from sheets and cool on cooling racks. Dust heavily with powdered sugar. Enjoy.
