Shrimp Cocktail Sauce


  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce aka sweet thai chili
  • ½ cup balsamic ketchup*
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • zest of one lemon
  • 2 Tbsp Horseradish sauce
  • add salt and pepper and hot pepper sauce to taste if needed.


  1. Combine all ingredients and blend well.
  2. Yields 1 1/2 cups.

Recipe Notes

Note: If you cannot find the balsamic ketchup, add 1 tablespoon balsamic to regular ketchup.
