		<description>I will try that the next time. I had to come up with a quick sauce and it was just for me and my husband and I wanted to finish the challenge early.  I thing you are right about the presentation. My lemon butter did have a good taste though.</description>

		<description>For the sauce...I would have reduced some cream and then whisked in some softened butter and seasonings... this would stop any possible butter oil taste that would occur with just the melted butter... would also give a better plate presentation</description>
