		<description>Denise, I&#039;m sorry I left that off.  Since I just made up the recipe I went along with the temperature that most creme brulees bake at which seems to be 300-325°. The knife test is the best. I think the restaurant still serves this. I love trying to recreate things I have had other restaurants. Check our Migas Bark and the cornmeal cake that I had at a restaurant in Chicago. Thanks for visiting. -- Sherry</description>
